Cancellation terms

Once accepted, Arkki’s student places are permanent and automatically ongoing if not separately cancelled.

This enrollment is binding. When a student place is granted, it automatically continues for the next semester and is valid until cancelled in writing to Arkki’s e-mail. We do not accept cancellations received on the phone. Written cancellations for spring semester must be made before the 30th of November and for fall semester before the 30th of April. For cancellations made outside this given time frame, we charge a 20€ cancellation fee per student. If a student place is cancelled 14 days before the beginning of the semester or after that, we charge 25 % of the term fee. If a student place is cancelled after the semester has already started, we charge the full term fee. If we have not received written notification about the cancellation, we charge the full term fee.

Note! Disregarding the invoice is not a cancellation.
